FOUNDER

With over a decade of experience in healthcare and public safety, Cole has developed a diverse background as a medical practitioner, consultant, and educator. His career began in hospitals and expanded into one of the world’s largest ambulance services, where he served in ground, marine, and air ambulance roles. More recently, Cole has specialized in providing care and system improvements in resource-limited environments, primarily in rural and underserved communities in Northern Canada. Cole is currently pursuing a Masters of Science in Austere Critical Care with the College of Remote & Offshore Medicine.

PARTNER

With over a decade of experience in public safety and emergency services, he is a seasoned multidisciplinary practitioner with a strong foundation in leadership, healthcare operations, and fire rescue. His career has been marked by progressive leadership roles that have allowed me to manage large-scale patient care operations and oversee critical functions for large organizations. He holds a Masters of Science in Austere Critical Care and is currently pursuing an MBA.

Highly adaptable and globally minded, board certified critical care paramedic with experience in a large variety of clinical services and response modalities, from urban to austere settings. Ben is a University of PEI alumni and is currently pursuing a graduate degree in critical care.

Shane is a seasoned public safety professional who specializes in emergency management, education, leadership, research, and large-scale event medical coordination. He holds various degrees including a graduate degree in emergency management from Royal Roads University.
